antibody for nuclear-localized protein

We should like to find an antibody for use in Western experiments that
recognizes a nuclear-localized protein in developing Arabidopsis leaves.
Hopefully this would be an antibody to a protein that doesn't vary much
in levels with changes in light and temperature. If anyone can provide
suggestions or antibody it would be much appreciated.
