Hi, I need to get rid of the 2' promoter activity from the 2'1' dual-pomoter. Does anybody know what sequence can be deleted from the 2'1' promoter without decreasing the 1' promoter activity. Your information is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jianbo
