Splicing?

Hello, everyone:
Does anyone know whether or not to come up deletion by PCR?
When I did PCR from A. thaliana cDNA using specific primers, which was
thought to amplify a single product, I got three products. Although I have
thought about alternative splicing, their splice site was not conserved.
However, there are same sequences constructed from 5 nucleotides at splice
position. If you have any information, please tell me.
