Research Fellows (Postdoctoral)

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral research fellow to work in
a newly established laboratory to set up DNA microarray facilities for
functional genomics studies of various organisms (fish, yeast,
Arabidopsis, and rice) at the Institute of Molecular Agrobiology.

The position is available from November 1, 1999. The salary (depending
on experience) begins at S$49,680/- per annum (equivalent to US$---),
with the possibility of an additional 1 to 2 months' bonus based on
performance. Successful candidate will enjoy a wide range of benefits

Research Fellows (Postdoctoral)

Arabidopsis and rice (Peng et al., Genes & Development, 11:3194-3205,

laboratory at the Institute of Molecular Agrobiology.

Assistant Research Officer (ARO)

Two positions are available for assistant research officers to work in a
newly established laboratory to set up DNA microarray facilities for
functional genomics studies of various organisms (fish, yeast,
Arabidopsis and rice) at the Institute of Molecular Agrobiology.

Successful applicants should possess a Master or B.Sc degree in Biology.
Experience in molecular biology is essential. The salary is
commensurable to the qualification and working experience of the
candidate. An additional bonus salary of 1 to 3 months will be given
annually, based on the performance of the individual. The appointee will
be entitled to other benefits provided by the Institute such as medical
& dental care etc.
