<x-flowed> In our arabidopsis culture, especially in the progeny of transgenic
plants, we occasionally observed some very big plants. They have increased
both size and number of rosette leaves, wider stems and bigger flower buds.
Also, they seems grow slower. Does anybody know what's going on there? We
think they may be the polyploid. If that is true, are there any convenient
methods to confirm that?
   Thanks a lot.
