Monitoring dimerization

Dear Netters:

I am seeking a method to monitor the dimerization of a transcription
factor.  Since I am looking into a second factor to change the
dimerization for my transcription factor, I found that either
UV-crosslinking or CD would be difficult to use this purpose.  Any info
or inputs would be deeply appreciated.
