Arabidopsis cell cultures

Hi everyone

Does anyone have any clues on how to reduce clumping in Arabidopsis cell
suspension cultures to make light microscopy examination easier? ie, is
there any media or media component that will limit cell clump sizes,
especially up to 7 days culture growth, or possibly a way to examine and
score cells without filtering?
