VP16 activation domain

   Dear colleagues,

   I am interested in fusing a putative DNA-binding domain
to the VP16 activation domain. That's why I would highly
appreciate if anyone could provide me with a plasmid from
which I can take out the sequence of the VP16 transactivation
domain and use it for my construct.
