Dear Arabidopsis researchers,

Cereon Genomics and TAIR are pleased to announce that approximately
39,000 polymorphisms between Columbia and Landsberg erecta ecotypes of
Arabidopsis, produced by Cereon Genomics, are available to researchers
in the non-profit and academic sector. The data includes positions of
single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) and insertion/deletions (INDEL)
within the AGI Columbia sequence in GenBank and can be used to
construct PCR-based markers for map-based cloning. The collection will
be updated as more Columbia sequence is released to GenBank.

In order to get access to the data, you must agree to Cereon's terms
of access and register your information at TAIR:

	http://www.arabidopsis.org/cereon/

You are responsible for contacting your PI and your institution
before making the agreement.

If you are coming from the for-profit sector, you cannot access the
data through TAIR and must contact Cereon directly at:

	athal at cereon.com

If you have any questions about the site, please contact the curators
at:

	curator at arabidopsis.org

Best,
Steve Rounsley, Cereon Genomics
The TAIR Team
