I am looking for the promoterless GUS cloning vector pBI
101. It is no longer sold by Clontech and not available through
CAMBIA. It is a nice vector for promoter analysis because the
nos promoter
that drives nptII is located some distance from the mcs, and should not affect
GUS expression. A small sample would be greatly appreciated, and if there
are no proprietary problems, I could submit it to ABRC.
