Dear Colleagues, We are in the process of map-based cloning a gene on Chromosome II. Our gene of interest is located between the map positions 30cM and 50cM. Does anybody have PCR markers (CAPS or SSLP) other than those publicly available (phyB, GPA1 and nga1126)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Peter ---
