Ws plants: flower induction

I am growing Col-0, Ler-O and Ws-0 Arabidopsis lines obtained from the
Nottingham stock center under long-day conditions (16 h light per day) in
the greenhouse. The Col-O and Ler-O plants are flowering since two weeks,
but  the Ws-0 plants continue to produce rosette leaves without showing any
sings of flowering.

Are there additional requirements for flower induction in WS-0 plants?

I am very grateful for any advice!
