postdoc. positions

[Zhixiang Chen]

Two postdoctoral positions are available immediately to investigate
molecular mechanisms of plant disease resistance.  The research will focus
on the regulation and roles of pathogen- and salicylic acid-induced WRKY
DNA-binding transcription factors and RNA-dependent RNA polymerases in
disease resistance using a combination of biochemical, molecular and
genetic approaches.  Candidates should have a Ph. D. with a strong
experience in biochemical and molecular biology techniques.  Prior research
experience with plant-microbe interaction is highly preferred.  Please send
