Hi, all: My mutant is defective in DNA synthesis. I'm wondering if I can grow the mutant in MS medium plus dNTPs or just spray the plant with dNTP to rescue the phenotype. If answer is yes, what concentration of the dNTPs is reasonable to use? Have a good day! Black ---
