rt-pcr

Hi Arab netters,

I have some questions about rt-pcr.
If there is anyone doing alot of
it, I would like to contact them.

I am primarily interested in
finding out how well the procedure
works using specific primers.  Is it
feasible to get a 'gene out' in one step-without
first using oligodT primers- or are specific
primers only good for quantitative pcr?
