Arab transformation efficiency by infiltration

Dear All:


As I know,the efficiency of Agrobacterium mediated
transformation by infiltration of adult Arabidopsis is
about 0.02-0.1% in T1. Does anyone tell me more high
efficiency.Protocols or published papers are all
OK.Thank you!
