T-DNA Integration

Dear Netters,

I am interested in finding a quick and easy way of determining the
genomic sequence flanking the T-DNA after Agrobacterium mediated
transformation other than inverse PCR. In addition I am very interested
in determining the insert/copy number of my T-DNA insertions without
having to do any Southerns.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

I will compile the answers and post them back to this newsgroup
