Arabidopsis oligonucleotide arrays

Dear all,

  I would like to do cloning enhancer reagion concerned with cell
specific expression with Dr.Jim Haselef's GFP enhancer trap line.
Dose anyone have a good protocol for the cloning technique with that?
We wouldbe grateful to anyone who could send information the primer
aligment.
