UV meter

Dear netters,

I recently run into some problems with growing
Arabidopsis plants. Namely, the later arising flowers
(~ node 6) tend to be sterile. I suspect the plants
are receiving too much UV light from the bulbs.

Is this a possible explanation? Second, which company
sells UV meter? What is the maximum & optimal UV
levels for Arabidopsis plant growth? Thanks for your
help.
