Number of t-DNA insertions?

The original paper describing vacuum infiltration addressed
this - by Bechtold et al 1993, C.R. Acad Sci. Paris,
316:1194. They found 70% tandem copy insertions, 30% single
copy, and 63% 1 locus insertions, 21% 2 loci.
