VP16 antibody in Arabidopsis

Dear Arabidopsis researchers,

I am wondering whether anyone tried to detect or pull down VP16 fusion
proteins from Arabidopsis using commercial anti-VP16 antibodies. Same
question goes to anti-GR for GR fusion proteins. I would like to know
whether these antibodies are specific in Arabidopsis. I will probably be
using polyclonal antibodies. Any comment will be greatly appreciated.
