<x-flowed ISO-8859-1>We are looking for a highly motivated person to
work on a project aiming
at characterising the function of phosphoinositides/phospholipids. It
will include characterization of proteins involved in the metabolism of
these lipids, or regulated by them, as well as the characterization of
Arabidopsis knock-outs. The work will be carried out in Ume=C2, with
access to the facilities available at the Plant Science Centre
(http://www.upsc.nu/). All state-of-the-art equipments are available
(mass spec, microarray, robots, transgenic plants,...). Part of the work
will also be performed in Lund, at the Dept of Plant Biochemistry.
Required experience: Arabidopsis culture and mutant analysis, basic
molecular biology techniques. Prior experience with lipids would be a plus.
