Hi,

Has anyone developed a file that matches the accession numbers on the 
Yale 9.2K chip to TIGR locus numbers and corresponding AFGC clone 
IDs? I am in the process of preparing such a file, but would hate to 
be wasting my time duplicating someone else's work. Also, does anyone 
know of a good way to do a batch search by accession number to 
identify the TIGR locus numbers and corresponding AFGC clone IDs. Any 
assistance appreciated.
