Hi, Did anyone do localization into subcellular compartment by using the GUS staining? I have some plants which already stained with X-Gluc and turned blue. I need to investigate where those GUS fusion protein went. Could anyone suggest a method to do it? Thank you Wen Tzu Concordia University Canada
