Free cDNA libretto

Could you please tell me if there is any free cDNA library available for
research use? I am currently trying to develop a method for quantitative
analysis of gene expression based on cDNA library. I would prefer the cDNA
library to:

1) directionally cloned,
2) having the same length of poly A.
3) as plasmid in E. coli
