Did anyone encounter problems extracting DNA and/or doing PCR in Arabidopsis (or other) cell cultures growing in high salt or iron concentrations (or other stresses). I have problems getting DNA from cells in iron. While in salt I get nice DNA but cannot PCR it. many thanks Alex ---
