Polymorphic SSR markers between Col&Nd

It would be highly helpful if anyone of you  could provide a list
of polymorphic , equally spanning  microsatellite markers  for all
the chromosomes  for use in initial mapping of a population
derived from a cross between  Columbia (Col) and Niderdenz (Nd).
If I get response from many sources I will compile the list of
markers and post it in  newsletter for the benefit of the
members.
