I have been trying to locate TNS (triisopropylnaphthalenesulfonic acid) for
use in RNA preps. Its an old protocol, but works better than others on
etiolated tissue. Sigma/Aldrich and Acros have discontinued this item. I
have found no other sources.
Does anyone have a source, or can you suggest a substitution?
Thank you,
