A Postodoctoral position is available to investigate different
aspects of plant tolerance to abiotic stress. Successful candidates
will join an interdisciplinary research team focused on the function
and regulation of different plant membrane ion transporters. The
position will involve the study of structure/function relationships
using heterologous expression in yeast and transgenic plants.
Demonstrated experience in molecular biology, plant or yeast
transformation and in protein biochemistry is desirable. Highly
motivated candidates having a Ph.D. in molecular biology,
biochemistry or a related field are encouraged to apply. Salaries are
