Dear Arabidopsis Newsgroup,

We have noted a co-suppression phenotype of transgenes placed under
the CaMV 35S promotor in a line of transgenic plants. These plants
are no longer resistant to kanamycin and also no longer express a GUS
reporter gene (also under the control of the CaMV 35S).

I would like to know if anybody knows of a physical or a chemical
treatement that can be applied to remove this co-suppression.

Thank you in advance for the responses.
