variations on ..."1/2MS"

Hello,

I would be interested in learning on people's experiences with growing
Arabidopsis on different strengths (dilutions) of Murashige and Skoog
medium, commonly known as MS medium.

The medium I normally use is 1/2 strength MS (including micro, macro
elements and vitamins) supplemented with 1% sucrose. If anyone has used
further dilutions of MS agar could you please let me know what dilutions
were successfully used and what the impact on growth rate and development
(if any) was observed.
