Hi, We want to use a fluorescent stain for stomata so we can estimate density on intact leaves of Piriqueta. I figured protocols may be similar to some used in Arabidopsis. Does anyone know of an easier way than vacuum infiltration to get the staining solution evenly distributed across the leaf surface despite trichomes and cuticle? Thanks, Alisa
