PCR-TRAP/sequencing

We are doing automated sequencing of ESTs. Our EST clones
are in two different vectors. Sequencing work just fine
with one vector but not with the PCR-TRAP vector from
GenHunter. Has anyone experinced problems with sequencing
from this vector before?
