clean rice genome?

Dear Christine,

If you are looking for the assembled rice genome, then you should go to
www.tigr.org and look for rice genome database. If you like the partly
annotated version, with predicted and known genes from rice then the best
option is to go to the Gramene database at www.gramene.org and enter the
genome browser section.
