Hydrogen peroxoide treatment - LUC imaging

Hi,
       I'd like to get some information on Hydrogen peroxide 
treatment methods and conditions for LUC 
imaging of Arabidopsis transgenic plants carrying Hydrogen peroxide 
inducible Promoter.
