flavonoids at low temperatures

I am running a stress experiment, and would like to get my 
Arabidopsis plants to produce
as many flavonoids as possible in a short time.  I plan to grow
them at cold temperatures.  Do you have any suggestions as to what 
temperature and light
conditions (or any other conditions) would be best for this
purpose?
