<x-flowed>Lab Technologist position available: Arabidopsis Genetic Screen
Department of Biology, University of Washington, Seattle

A technician (Lab Technologist) position is available immediately in
the Keiko Torii lab at the University of Washington.  A successful
applicant will assist an ongoing large-scale Arabidopsis genetic screen
for novel epidermal patterning mutants.  The applicants must be
meticulous, highly organized, motivated, and can work independently as
well as a group to conduct a genetic screen, and must like to take care
of plants on a daily basis (The duty includes planting and watering
Arabidopsis).  The position is open immediately and is until September
2006.  Therefore, the position is highly suited for recent college
graduates who wish to have a thorough research experience before
heading onto the graduate career in related disciplines.

The position comes with a full benefit, including Medical/Vision/Dental
Insurance and retirement, according to the University of Washington

Due to the type of appointment, the applicant must be a U.S. citizen or
Permanent Resident.
