new open access journal welcomes plant biology submissions

I want to bring to your attention a new open access journal that is
very interested in receiving and publishing papers from the plant
biology research community.


BMC Molecular Biology (http://www.biomedcentral.com/bmcmolbiol) is an
Open Access, online journal,which publishes original research articles
in all aspects of DNA and RNA in a cellular context, encompassing
investigations of transcription, mRNA processing, translation,
replication, recombination, mutation, and repair.


Because of the journal's Open Access policy, articles are available
free of charge.  The journal offers timely, fair peer review,
immediate publication on acceptance, and high visibility. All articles
are indexed in PubMed, MEDLINE, BIOSIS, CAS and ISI. BMC Molecular
Biology will have an impact factor rating as of June 2005.
