The Genetic Discovery Group of DuPont Crop Genetics is looking for a 
highly motivated Ph.D. level scientist with a strong background in 
plant molecular biology.  The successful candidate will participate 
in the discovery and characterization of novel small RNAs in plants. 
The project will involve the analysis of small RNA expression in 
Arabidopsis, corn and rice.  Functional studies, via overexpression 
and underexpression of particular small RNAs, will also be performed. 
Individuals with a background in small RNA analysis (siRNAs/miRNAs) 
are especially encouraged to apply.  Bioinformatics experience would 
be helpful, but not required.
