[Arabidopsis] ecotype most distant from Col

Dear all,

We are fishing for SNPs in our favorite gene and would appreciate any 
advice on which ecotype would be most likely (most distant), other 
things being eqaul... Yes we tested Monsanto SNPs with Ler they all are 
sequencing errors.
