Could anybody tell whether 3H and 14C can be detectable by any classical
methods such as radiograph or phosphoimager?
Is this good idea to screen cDNA library to see binding activity of a
chemical labeled with either 3H or 14C? Because 32P and 35S can not be
labeled to the chemical, I just think an alternative way.
