The collaborative research project (Sonderforschungsbereich) 590  - Inherent
and adaptive differentiation processes- invites applications for the
position of the leader of an independent



Research Group (BAT Ia)



The candidate should hold a PhD, passed no longer than six years ago. He/she
should have a background in biochemical research and an excellent scientific
record. The focus of the research should lie on molecular interactions
during differentiation. A strong commitment to interdisciplinary research,
active collaboration and significant contribu=9Dtions to the research goals =
of
the SFB are expected. The junior research group will be embedded into the
general research programme of the SFB 590. Space and basic equipment will be

Successful applicants are funded for a maximum of five years. Funding
includes the position of the group leader (BAT Ia), scientific and technical
personnel, equipment as well as consumables on the basis of an approved

The selection of the candidate will be performed by a panel and includes the
personal presentation of the applicants.
