[Arabidopsis] How to get rid of thrips?

Hello,

 

>From time to time we have thrips on our Arabidopsis plants. We have used
different insecticidal sprays with success.

However treated plants produced little pollen usually abnormal and seed
development seems affected as well.

 

Anybody have any suggestions to avoid or limit this problem?
