[Arabidopsis] Overexpression of endogenous prtoeins with 35S

In general, when overexpressing an endogenous protein in Arabidopsis by
driving an extra cDNA copy with the 35S promoter, how many of the T1 will
overexpress the protein by western?  Does one need to screen several T1
plants to identify overexpressers or do they generally all overexpress
relatively well.
