I am using a pBin35S-GFP derived vector to make GFP fusions. I was wondering if there are standard oligo sequences available (derived from the promoter and GFP regions) to sequence the insert to confirm the fusion and to check for any unanticipated mutations. Thanks. Paul Joyce
