Hello Researchers, I am using a plant transformation vector that has gentamycin selection. I tried using 50 mg/L selection and it did not work (everything was growing happily). Can you suggest the maximum/appropriate concentration of gentamycin in the media to select the transgenics? Thanks, Apurv
