[Arabidopsis] Gentamycin selection

I once tried 50 ug/ml in 1/2 X MS; all seedlings growed very well. Then I 
increased to be 200 ug/ml, and it worked and only a few survived. Search the 
newsgroup for earlier posts on Gen dosage.
