Hello, 

 

has anybody of you experience with amiRNA controls? What is the state of art? 

 

Referring to siRNA-Experiments: If you are not able to conduct a knock-in of your target gene, you would design at least three siRNAs and negative controls (e.g. scrambled RNA or siRNA with no target gene) to proof the specific knock-down of the gene.
