[Arabidopsis] please give info. on back crossing arabidopsis

Dear Arab - net users,
   
  I am in need of back cross the T-DNA mutant line with wild type columbia . I request you people to in this case, do i need to take pollen from columbia wild type? Then how many generations i need to do back cross? Is there any literature or text book available for this? Please suggest me.
