[Arabidopsis] query for the arabidopsis community

Hello,
I am trying to extract membrane proteins at a micro scale level from Arabidopsis. Can some one suggest some good protocols. I have mainly tried with triton, with or without other components such as CHAPS, NaOH. I also do not have the facility to carry out ultra centrifugations, which could be a big disadvantage. So I am trying to figure out a protocol that doesn't need this.
Any advise is appreciated.
